Q & A

Can one person stay at the hotel?

We accept reservations from one person.
However, depending on the dates of your stay, we may not be able to accept reservations for one person. Please check the hotel's reservation page.

Can I add meals during my stay?

Yes, you can dine at the hotel's restaurant without a reservation.
However, on busy days, reservations will be given priority, so we recommend that you book an overnight stay plan that includes meals.
Also, please consider the plans with breakfast and/or evening meals, as it may be more economical.

What is the room charge for children?

There is no charge for infants and preschool children to stay in bed with you.
*However there is a charge for individual beds.

We charge 40~50% of the adult rate for children under elementary school age.
*This varies depending on the plan.

Only non-smoking rooms are available.
Smoking rooms are available on the first floor of the hotel.

Can I stay with my pet?
